| dc.description | Aplikasi Lapor Sleman merupakan salah satu kanal aduan yang disediakan oleh
Pemerintah Kabupaten Sleman sebagai wadah aspirasi dari masyarakat. Aplikasi
tersebut diluncurkan pada tahun 2016 sebagai pendukung program kota pintar di
Kabupaten Sleman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah
deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam
dan data dokumen. Terdapat tiga aspek yang menjadi acuan peneliti, yaitu strategi
komunikasi (perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi). Jenis data penelitian ini
yaitu terdiri atas sumber data primer dan sekunder. Hasil yang didapatkan dari
penelitian ini dalam strategi Pemkab Sleman mengkomunikasikan Aplikasi Lapor
Sleman kepada masyarakat terfokus pada memberikan informasi. Dalam
penyampaian pesannya menggunakan bahasa non formal dan mudah dipahami.
Namun terdapat kelemahan dalam evaluasi terkit pengukuran efektivitas media
yang digunakan untuk mengkomunikasikan Aplikasi Lapor Sleman, Pemkab
Sleman tidak memiliki waktu khusu untuk membahas lebih dalam tentang hal

| dc.description.abstract | Applicantion Lapor Sleman is one of canal of the complaint provided by the
Government of Sleman as the aspirations of the community. The applications was
launched in 2016. As a proponent of smart city programme in Sleman Regency.
Research methods used in this research is descriptive qualitative by collecting
data through in-depth interviews and data documents. There are three aspect that
are being a references for researcher. That are communications strategy
(planning, implementation and evaluation). Types of research data is made up of
primary and secondary data sources. The results obtained from this research in
Sleman District strategies communicate the Application Lapor Sleman to the
community focused on providing information. In the delivery of the message using
a non formal language and easy to understand. However, there are weaknesses in
the evaluation of terkit measurement of the effectiveness of the medium used to
communicate the Application Lapor Sleman, Sleman Regency does not have a
