dc.description | Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian Zat Pengatur Tumbuh (ZPT) alami (air kelapa tua, air kelapa muda dan ekstrak bawang merah) dan mendapatkan konsentrasi ZPT terbaik untuk stek tanaman Tin.
Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode percobaan lapangan yang disusun dalam Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan rancangan percobaan faktor tunggal. Perlakuan yang diujikan adalah penambahan ZPT dari bahan alami yaitu: air kelapa tua 20% dan 30%, air kelapa muda 20% dan 30%, ekstrak bawang merah 60% dan 70% dan ZPT komersial (Root Up). Setiap perlakuan diulang 3 kali.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua ZPT alami yang di ujikan yaitu dari air kelapa muda konsentrasi 20% dan 30%, kelapa tua konsentrasi 20% dan 30% dan bawang merah konsentrasi 60% dan 70% dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan stek tanaman Tin. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of natural Plant Growth Regulator (PGR) (old coconut water, young coconut water and shallot extract) and obtain the best concentration of PGR for Tin plant cuttings. The study was carried out by field trial methods arranged in Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with a single factor trial design. The treatments tested were : the addition of PGR from natural ingredients, namely: old coconut water 20% and 30%, young coconut water 20% and 30%, red onion extract 60% and 70% and commercial PGR (Root Up). Each treatment were repeated 3 times. The results of this search showed that all natural PGR tested, namely from young coconut water concentrations of 20% and 30%, old coconut concentrations of 20% and 30% and shallots concentrations of 60% and 70% can be used to increase the growth of Tin plant cuttings. | en_US |
