| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Pengaruh Intellectual Capital terhadap Penurunan Risiko perusahaan dan Pengaruh Intellectual Capital terhadap peningkatan profitabilitas.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada laporan keuangan yang diterbitkan di Indonesia dengan menggunakan 114 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purpose sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dari laporan tahunan di Indonesia dan anaslisis data menggunakan uji statistic deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji autokorelasi, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskeidastisitas dan uji hipotesis menggunakan Uji Parsial (Uji-T) dan Koefisien determinasi (R-Square).
Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Intellectual capital berpengaruh negatif terhadap risiko perusahaan dan Intellectual Capital berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to analyze the effect of intellectual capital on risk reduction and intellectual capital on profitability improvement. The subject of this research was 114 Banking Companies obtained from financial statements issued in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used in this research is purpose sampling method. The data obtained from annual reports in Indonesia and analyzing data using descriptive statistical tests, classic assumption tests consist of normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, heterosyndasticity test and hypothesis test using Partial Test (T-Test) and determination coefficient (R-Square )
The result showed that: intellectual capital negatively effect to firm risk and intellectual capital positively effect to profitability.. | en_US |
