dc.description.abstractINTRODUCTION Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disease with high blood glucose level due to disruption of insulin secretion, insulin-act or both. As the increasing of DM Prevalence, the improving of DM medicine also increases. Herbal medicine for DM is explored from many species. Cinnamon burmanii was reported to contain flavonoid and cinameldehide which have been proven as in vitro antioxidant.This study aims to know the level of Super Oxidize Dismustase on diabetes rats which were given cinnamon stem infusion. Conclutions The infusa of Cinnamomun burmanii was able to decreased blood glucose, but did not influence the level of SOD plasma on Diabetic Rat.en_US
