dc.description.abstractEarly Childhood Caries commonly happens to very young children who have not been cooperative yet to receive dental treatment. It probably associates with sight and sound in dental clinic. However, this is a challenge, not only dental procedure itself but also management due to the uncooperative behavior. The Aim of this study is to explain the treatment of deciduous maxillary anterior teeth in uncooperative patient with Early Child Caries using atraumatic restorative dental procedure. The firs case was a 3-year-old girl came to Muhammadiyah University Dental Hospital Yogyakarta with chief complain anterior maxillary teeth suffered of caries. The examination revealed that both central incisor had circular caries in one-third cervical and only half of crown were remained at both lateral incisors. The second case was a 4-year-old boy that had similar condition, with class V caries at both central incisor Two sequences dental treatment were conducted to first case and one sequence was needed to the second. Celluloid crown-formed and encapsulated Glass Ionomer Cement with gun system had used in these cases. The results of the treatment were positively acceptable to both patients and successful to treat anterior maxillary teeth. The conclusion is atraumatic restorative dental procedure of deciduous anterior maxillary teeth could be conducted in uncooperative children with Early Child Caries.en_US
