| dc.description.abstract | Islamic Credit Gold is a product of Syariah Mandiri Bank that established on March 25, 2013 which the meaning of it is the owneship of gold belongs to people. Islamic credit gold provides the chance to people to own the gold by having credit under aqad murabahah and the guarantie of it is 10 gram until 250 gram of gold. Dewan Syariah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI) has issued the fatwa of credit gold under no 77/DSNMUI/V/2010 which the fatwa rules about buying and selling of gold by credit. Syriah Mandiri Bank uses this fatwa to accommodate the needs of people toward investation. By knowing that condition, thisresearch aims to know whether the aqad murabahah and aqad rahn that applied in gold credit in Syaria Mandiri Bank Sleman is appropriate with the Syaria principal or not. This reeaserch uses Normative Legal Research Method, also called Doctrinal research which the approach uses Normative Jurisdiction. The data is secunder data. Those are primary data, secondary data and tertiary data. Data collection conducted by search Library by reviewing the library data then analyzing in the method of qualitative analysis. This research concludes that the application of the application of aqad murabahah and aqad rahnin Islamic Credit gold that applied By Syaria Mandiri Bank Sleman is not appropriate with Syaria pricipal. It caused by the object of aqad does not come to the Bank in time when the aggreement made. | en_US |
