This thesis explained the policies of the Turkish government towards Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh in 2016-2017. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that caused Turkey to be involved in the Rohingya refugee crisis. This thesis analyzed by using theoretical frameworks the concept of Human Rights by Scott Burchill and the foreign decision-making theory by William D. Coplin. Both concepts and theories used to explain Turkey's involvement in the Rohingya refugee crisis in Bangladesh. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that Turkey's involvement in the Rohingya refugee crisis in Bangladesh was driven by several factors, Turkey's response to the human rights oppression that occurred in Rohingya ethnic groups and the changes in Turkish foreign policy under the AKP. These factors led to Turkey's involvement in the case of the Rohingya Refugee crisis in Bangladeshen_US
