dc.description | Seiring dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang cepat terutama pada industri otomotif, Berbagai teknologi telah dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja serta efisiensi motor diantara nya adalah sepeda motor dengan transmisi otomatis CVT (countinously variable transmission). Kelebihan sistem CVT (countinously variable transmission) dapat memberikan perubahan kecepatan dan torsi dari mesin ke roda belakang secara otomatis dengan perbandingan rasio yang sangat tepat tanpa harus memindah gigi, seperti pada mesin sepeda motor bertransmisi konvensional. Oleh sebab itu pengguna sepeda motor semakin meningkat, kebutuhan alat transportasi ini sangat membantu aktifitas dan rutinitas masyarakat sehari hari.
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dampak penggunaan roller standar dan roller telah dikombinasikan terhadap torsi, daya, dan akselerasi pada motor matik honda scoopy 108 cc. Setelah mengganti roller dan pegas CVT diharapkan bisa meningkatkan kinerja motor matik honda scoopy 108 cc. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen serta dilakukan pada kecepatan putar (rpm) berubah, dengan menyalakan mesin dan menahan gas pada putaran mesin 3000 rpm setelah stabil pada putaran mesin 3000 rpm kemudian gas ditarik sampai 9000 rpm.
Dari penelitian ini didapat bahwa roller standar 12 gram dengan pegas CVT standar, daya tertingginya yang dihasilkan oleh motor matik Honda Scoopy setelah memvariasikan roller ( 8 gr ), ( 9 gr ), ( 10 gr ), ( 11 gr ), dan ( 12 gr ) didapatlah pada kondisi roller 8 gram dengan menggunakan pegas CVT 1000 rpm yaitu sebesar 8,2 Hp pada kecepatan putar 4588 rpm. Torsi tertinggi didapat dengan menggunakan roller 8 gram dan pegas CVT 1000 rpm yaitu mencapai 14,88 N.m pada putaran mesin3701 rpm. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Along with the rapid development of science and technology especially in the automotive industry, various technologies have been developed to improve the performance and efficiency of the motorcycle, them motorcycle with CVT automatic transmission (countinously variable transmission). The advantages of the CVT system (countinously variable transmission) can provide changes in speed and torque from the engine to the rear wheels automatically with a very precise ratio of ratios without having to move gears, such as on a conventional transmission motorcycle engine. Therefore motorcycle users are increasing, the need for transportation is very helpful for daily activities and routines.
This research was conducted to determine the impact of using standard rollers and rollers combined with torque, power, and acceleration on automatic motorcycles Honda Scoopy 108 cc. After replacing the CVT roller and spring it is expected to improve the automatic motorcycle performance of Honda Scoopy 108 cc. The research method used is the experimental method and carried out at the rotating speed (rpm) change, by turning on the engine and holding the gas at 3000 rpm engine speed after stabilizing at 3000 rpm engine speed then the gas is with drawn to 9000 rpm.
From this study it was found that the standard 12 gram roller with a standard CVT spring, the highest power produced by the Honda Scoopy automatic motorcycle after varying the roller (8 gr), (9 gr), (10 gr), (11 gr), and (12 gr) ) obtained on the condition of the 8 gram roller using a CVT spring 1000 rpm which is equal to 8.2 hp at a rotating speed of 4588 rpm.
