| dc.description | Jamur tiram merupakan salah satu sayuran yang memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi untuk diusahakan. Usahatani jamur tiram dapat dijadikan sebagai pekerjaan sampingan untuk menambah pedapatan rumah tangga petani. Hal tersebut karena dalam budidaya jamur tiram tidak terlalu sulit dan tidak memerlukan perawatan yang intensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan dari usaha usahatani jamur tiram maupun diluar usahatani jamur tiram dan besarnya kontribusi usahatani jamur tiram terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga petani jamur tiram di Bantul, Yogyakarta. Lokasi penelitian di tentukan secara sengaja (purposive). Pengambilan sempel menggunakan metode sensus yaitu 23 petani. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis usahatani dan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan yang diterima oleh petani dari kegiatan usahatani jamur tiram yaitu sebesar Rp 5.760.025, dari kegiatan off farm sebesar Rp 130.435 dan dari kegiatan non farm sebesar Rp 12.104.348. Besarnya kontribusi usahatani jamur tiram terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga petani adalah sebesar 32,01%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi usahatani jamur tiram terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga petani tergolong sedang. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Oyster mushrooms are one of the vegetables that have high economic value to be cultivated. The oyster mushrooms farming can be made as side job to gain the household income of the farmers. It is because the cultivation of the oyster mushrooms is not difficult and does not require intensive care. This Research aims to find out the income from the oyster mushroom farming, and income from the outside oyster mushrooms farming, and how substantial the contribution of oyster mushroom farming income to the farmers household in Bantul, Yogyakarta. This research location was determined deliberately (purposive). The sample taking was the census method, specifically on 23 farmers. The data were analyzed by farming analysis and percentage descriptive analysis. The results show that income received by farmers from oyster mushrooms farming activities is Rp 5.760.025, from off farm activities Rp 130.435, and non farm activities Rp 12.104.348. The contribution of the oyster mushrooms farming to the farmers household is 32,01%%.
