dc.description.abstractThis paper describes the construction and empirical evaluation of distributive and rocedural justice items in performance appraisal phenomena. Items for this measure were generated by following international journal in justice literature topics. The measure was then validated in 2 separate studies in university setting. Study one used high social capital sample and study two used low social capital sample. Grouping of two studies is done by using mean split sample to divide high and low in social capital people sample. The results supported those items measure distributive justice and procedural justice constructs.en_US
