dc.description.abstractThis study investigated the relationship between justice in salary and satisfaction toward salary structure. This research is done on Islamic University setting where the researcher gathered 105 samples of full-time private university employees in Yogyakarta.The results indicate that distributive justice and procedural justice in salary are important predictors of satisfaction toward salary structure. In general the result supported the hypothesis the relationship between justice and satisfaction. Based on the findings, implications and directions for future research are suggested.en_US
