| dc.description | Latar belakang: Demam berdarah dengue (DBD) merupakan penyakit infeksi yang sering dijumpai pada kawasan dengan iklim tropis dan subtropis. DBD disebabkan oleh infeksi virus dengue yang disebarkan kepada manusia melalui gigitan nyamuk, yaitu Aedes aegypti atau Aedes albopictus. Iklim dapat menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi penyebaran penyakit DBD dengan mempengaruhi aktivitas nyamuk vektor DBD dan virus dengue sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor iklim dengan kejadian DBD di Kabupaten Sleman.
Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional analitik dengan menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, yaitu data kejadian demam berdarah dengue Kabupaten Sleman tahun 2008 hingga 2015 dan data iklim bulanan Kabupaten Sleman tahun 2008 hingga 2015. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisa dengan uji korelasi Spearman.
Hasil: Untuk variabel kelembapan udara didapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,458, untuk variabel temperatur didapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,407 dan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,086, untuk variabel curah hujan didapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,428, pada variabel hari hujan didapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,429, dan pada variabel selisih suhu didapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,06 dan koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,278.
Kesimpulan: Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kejadian DBD di Kabupaten Sleman dengan kelembapan udara, curah hujan, dan hari hujan dengan arah hubungan yang positif dan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kejadian DBD di Kabupaten Sleman dengan temperatur dan selisih suhu. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Background: Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) was an infection illness which mostly found in tropics and sub-tropics area. DHF was caused by infection of dengue virus which transmitted to human throught mosquito bites, it was Aedes aegypti or Aedes albopictus. Climate can be a factor that effecting the spreading of DHF disease by affecting the activity of DHF’s vector and dengue virus. Therefore the research need to be done to know the relation of climate factors with incidences of dengue hemorrhagic fever in Sleman Regency.
Methods: This research was an observasional analytical studies by using cross-sectional design. The research used secondary data, those were the data of dengue hemorrhagic fever’s incidences in Sleman Regency from 2008 until 2015 and the data of monthly climate of Sleman Regency from 2008 until 2015. The data was analysed by using Spearman correlation test.
Result: For air humidity, the value of significancy was 0,000 and the value of correlation coefficient was 0,458. For temperature, the value of significancy was 0,407 and the value of correlation coefficient was 0,086. For rainfall, the value of significancy was 0,000 and the value of correlation coefficient was 0,429. For rainy day, the value of significancy was 0,000 and the value of correlation coefficient was 0,429, and for temperature range, the value of significancy was 0,06 and the value of correlation coefficient was -0,278.
Conclusion: There was a significant relation between the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever in Sleman regency with air humidity, rainfall, and rainy day and the direction of relation was positive. However, a significant relation between the incidencs of dengue hemorrhagic fever in Sleman regency with temperature and temperature range was not found. | en_US |
