| dc.description | Meetings are one of the activities that are often carried out especially at
the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The
implementation of the meeting activities is still manual or conventional, using
paper. This is not efficient for archiving. Therefore, in an effort to reduce paper use
and to develop technology in the Faculty of Engineering, a web-based meeting
minutes system was created. The minutes of this meeting system are designed using
the Laravel framework to facilitate and accelerate the web development process.
This system has an admin who will manage the system and add meeting participant
data. Staff members are also authorized to be able to see the results of the meeting.
From the results of the research that has been done it can be concluded that the
meeting minutes system that is made can be carried out in accordance with the
