dc.descriptionPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengatahui kinerja guru Agama Islam di SMA Muhammadiyah 5 Yogyakarta; (2) Mengetahui hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak kelas XI di SMA Muhammadiyah 5 Yogyakarta; (3) Menemukan apakah ada pengaruh antara kinerja guru Agama Islam terhadap hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak kelas XI di SMA Muhammadiyah 5 Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan model regresi linier sederhana. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 117 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan random sampling dengan jumlah keseluruhan 60 siswa. Adapun analisis data secara deskriptif, uji anova, uji regresi linier sederhana, dan uji hipotesis. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Tingkat kinerja guru Agama Islam di SMA Muhammadiyah 5 Yogyakarta ada pada kategori tinggi, yaitu sebesar 51% pada aspek profesional; (2) Hasil belajar siswa Akidah Akhlak kelas XI berada pada kategori sedang, yaitu sebesar 53,3%; (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikansi antara kinerja guru Agama Islam terhadap hasil belajar siswa Akidah Akhlak kelas XI di SMA Muhammadiyah 5 sebesar 5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor pedagogik, sosial, dan kepribadian 95% dipengaruhi oleh aspek profesionalen_US
dc.description.abstractThis research aims to know: (1) Islamic religious teachers’ performance at SMA (Senior High School) Muhammadiyah 5 Yogyakarta; (2) grade XI students’ learning result of Aqidah (mattes of faith) and Akhlaq ( the practice of virtue, morality and manners) subject at SMA Muhammadiyah 5 Yogyakarta; (3) the effects of religious teachers’ performance on grade XI students’ learning result at SMA Muhammadiyah 5 Yogyakarta. This is a descriptive quantitative research using a simple linear regression model with quantitative approach. The total population of the research was 117 students. The sample of the research was 60 students selected through random sampling technique. The data of the research were then analyzed descriptively using Anova test, simple linear regression model, and hypothesis test. The findings of the result show that : (1) The Islamic religious teachers’ performance is in high category that is 50% in the aspect of professionalism; (2) The grade XI students’ learning result of Aqidah and Akhlaq subject is in medium category that is 53, 3 %; (3) there is a significant effect of Islamic religious teachers’ performance on the grade XI students’ learning result of Aqidah and Akhlaq subject at SMA Muhammadiyah 5 Yogyakarta that is 5 % influenced by pedagogic, social, personality factors, while 95 % is influenced by professionalism aspect.en_US
