| dc.description | Buruh petik melati gambir salah satu pekerjaan masyarakat di Desa Karangcengis terutama wanita, pekerjaan menjadi buruh petik melati gambir telah membuka lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat yang tidak memiliki lahan pertanian, berpendidikan rendah, tidak memiliki pekerjaan lain. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui curahan waktu kerja buruh petik melati gambir, mengetahui pendapatan rumah tangga, dan mengetahui kontribusi pendapatan buruh petik melati gambir terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga di Desa Karangcengis. Responden sebanyak 52 buruh petik melati gambir, metode simple random sampling dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan curahan waktu kerja buruh petik melati gambir sebesar 37 jam/minggu dan curahan waktu kerja buruh wanita untuk kegiatan on farm, off farm dan non farm yaitu sebesar 55,39 jam kerja/minggu. Pendapatan buruh petik melati gambir rata-rata Rp.596.346/bulan dan pendapatan rumah tangga buruh petik melati rata-rata Rp. 2.331.031/bulan. Kontribusi buruh petik melati gambir terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga tergolong dalam standar sedang, dimana hasil yang diperoleh sebesar 26 % dan kontribusi dari total pendapatan buruh petik wanita terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga diperoleh sebesar 38%. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Workers of jasmine gambir picking up one of people in Karangcengis village, especially women, job of becoming jasmine gambir picking laborers have opened jobs for people who do not have agricultural land, have low education, have no other jobs. This study aims to determine the working time for stringent laborers in gambir jasmine, household income, and the contribution of income from jasmine gambir picking laborers to household income in Karangcengis village. Respondents 52 quotes workers in gambir, simple random samping method and descriptive analysis. The results showed a week-long outpouring of jasmine gambir 37 hours/week and outpouring of working hours of women workers for activities of on farm, off farm and non farm, which amounted to 55,39 working hours/week. The average jasmine gambir labor income Rp. 596.346/month and the average income of jasmine gambir laborers Rp. 2.331.031/month. The contribution gambir picking up to household income is classified as a medium standard, where the results obtained are 26% and contribution of the total income of female string laborers to household income is 38%. | en_US |
