| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui biaya investasi dan biaya
operasional usaha ternak sapi perah dan menganalisis kelayakan usaha agribisnis
ternak sapi perah di Kelompok Ternak Sedyo Makmur, Desa Glagaharjo,
Kecamatan Cangkringan, Kabupaten Sleman. Penelitian dilakukan di Kelompok
Ternak Sedyo Makmur, Dusun Singlar, Desa Glagahharjo, Kecamatan
Cangkringan, Kabupaten Sleman. Pemilihan lokasi penelitian dilakukan dengan
cara sengaja atau purposive sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel dengan
pertimbangan bahwa kelompok ternak ini mendapat bantuan sapi perah pada tahun
2011 pasca erupsi gunung merapi tahun 2010 dan Kelompok Ternak Sedyo
Makmur merupakan satu-satunya kelompok ternak yang ada di Desa Glagaharjo.
Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah ketua dan sekretaris serta bendahara
Kelompok Ternak Sedyo Makmur dan 48 anggota peternak aktif dari 69 anggota di
Kelompok Ternak Sedyo Makmur. Penentuan responden dilakukan dengan teknik
sensus. Penentuan responden ini berdasarkan pertimbangan dari Ketua Kelompok
Ternak Sedyo Makmur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan usaha ternak sapi perah
rakyat pada Kelompok Ternak Sedyo Makmur dinyatakan Layak. Dengan hasil
Net Present Value (NPV) senilai Rp 181.605.726.-. Nilai Net B/C diperoleh hasil
senilai 1,2,. Nilai Gross B/C diperoleh hasil senilai 1,04. Nilai Internal Rate of
Return (IRR) diperoleh hasil 12,34% lebih besar dari discount rate (tingkat suku
bunga bank yang berlaku) yaitu sebesar 9% , dan Nilai Payback Period (PP)
diperoleh hasil senilai 7,9 yang artinya usaha ternak sapi perah pada Kelompok
Ternak Sedyo Makmur dapat mengembalikan investasi selama 7 tahun 7 bulan. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine the investment costs and operational costs of
dairy cattle business and analyze the feasibility of dairy cattle agribusiness in the
Sedyo Makmur Livestock Group, Glagaharjo Village, Cangkringan District,
Sleman Regency. The study was conducted at the Sedyo Makmur Livestock Group,
Singlar Hamlet, Glagahharjo Village, Cangkringan District, Sleman Regency. The
location of the study was carried out by purposive sampling, namely sampling with
the consideration that this livestock group received dairy cow assistance in 2011
after the Merapi volcano eruption in 2010 and the Sedyo Makmur Livestock Group
was the only livestock group in Glagaharjo Village. Respondents in this study were
the chairman and secretary and treasurer of the Sedyo Makmur Livestock Group
and 48 active farmer members from 69 members in the Sedyo Makmur Livestock
Group. Determination of respondents is done by cencus technique. The
determination of respondents was based on consideration from the Chairperson of
the Sedyo Makmur Livestock Group. The results of this study show that the people's
dairy cattle business in the Sedyo Makmur Livestock Group was declared worthy.
With the results of the Net Present Value (NPV) worth Rp 181,605,726. Net B / C
values obtained by the value of 1.2. Gross B / C value obtained results worth 1.04.
The Internal Rate of Return (IRR) results obtained 12,34% greater than the discount
rate (the prevailing bank interest rate) that is equal to 9%, and the Payback Period
(PP) value obtained at 7.9 which means the dairy cattle business in Sedyo Makmur
Livestock Group can return investment for 7 years 7 months. | en_US |
