| dc.description | Industri rumah tangga emping melinjo banyak diusahakan di beberapa desa kecamatan Ambal salah satunya yaitu desa Blengorwetan. Namun, industri ini masih keterbatasan modal, tenaga kerja dan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui biaya, pendapatan, keuntungan, kelayakan usaha dan kendala pada industri rumah tangga emping melinjo. Penentuan lokasi menggunakan teknik purposive sampling atau secara sengaja, dikarenakan desa Blengorwetan mengalami peningkatan jumlah industri rumah tangga pada tahun 2017. Penentuan responden menggunakan teknik sensus, yaitu meneliti semua pengrajin emping melinjo pemilik yang aktif sebanyak 30 pengrajin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya yang dikeluarkan pada industri ini selama 2 minggu rata-rata sebesar Rp 691.024, pendapatan sebesar Rp 167.483 dan keuntungan sebesar –Rp7.914. Kelayakan industri emping melinjo jika dilihat dari produktivitas tenaga kerja yaitu sebesar Rp 18.016/HKO, produktivitas modal sebesar -1,26% dan R/C sebesar Rp 0,99 maka industri rumah tangga emping melinjo di desa Blengorwetan tidak layak untuk diusahakan. Kendala dalam industri rumah tangga emping melinjo antara lain harga biji melinjo yang naik turun, keterbatasan modal, musim hujan, dan kendala teknis. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The home industry of emping melinjo is widely cultivated in several villages in Ambal sub-district, one of this is Blengorwetan village. However, this industry is still limited by capital, labor and technology. This study aims to determine the costs, income, profits, business feasibility and constraints in the home industry emping melinjo. The location was determined by purposive sampling technique, because the village of Blengorwetan was increasing in the number of home industries in 2017. To determined of respondents is using census techniques, that is studying to all active owner of emping melinjo industry as many as 30 craftsmen. The results showed that the costs in this industry for 2 weeks averaged is Rp 691,024, net revenues is Rp 167,483 and profits is –Rp 7,914. The feasibility of the emping melinjo industry to consider of labor productivity is Rp 18,016/ HKO, capital productivity is (-1.26%) and R/C is Rp 0.99, so the home industry of emping melinjo in Blengorwetan village is not feasible to cultivate. The constraints in the home industry of emping melinjo there are the price of fluctuating seeds of melinjo, limited capital, the rainy season,and technical constraints. | en_US |
