jambu air merupakan salah satu tanaman yang masih memiliki peran penting pada
perekonomian nasional untuk diusahakan. Petani jambu air menjadikan
usahataninya sebagai pekerjaan sampingan untuk menambah pendapatan rumah
tangga petani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sumber-sumber
pendapatan usahatani jambu air dan besarnya kontribusi usahatani pekarangan
jambu air terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga di Desa Tempuran, Kecamatan
Demak, Kabupaten Demak. Pemilihan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja
(purposive). Pengambilan sampel responden dengan cara sengaja (purposive)
sebanyak 29 petani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan usahatani
jambu air di pekarangan sebesar Rp 2.940.874, dari kegiatan on farm sebesar Rp
4.069.627, kegiatan off farm sebesar Rp 1.086.207 dan kegiatan non farm sebesar
Rp 14.693.103. Besarnya kontribusi pendapatan usahatan jambu air di pekarangan
terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga petani adalah sebesar 14,82%. Hal ini
menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi usahatani jambu air tergolong kecil. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The water apple commodity is
one of the plants that still has an important role in the natioanal economy to be
cultivated. Water apple farmers make their farming a side job to increase farmer
household income. This study aims to determine the sources of cashew farming
income and the amount of contribution of cashew yard farming to household
income in Tempuran Village, Demak Subdistrict, Demak Regency. The selection
of research locations was done purposively. Sampling uses a simple random
sampling technique of 29 farmers. The result showed that the income of water
apple farming was Rp 2.940.874, from on farm activities amounting to Rp
4.069.627, off farm activities amounting to Rp 1.086.207 and non farm activities
amounting to Rp 14.983.103. The contribution of the water apple garden to the
income of farmer households is 14,82%. This shows that the contribution of water
