| dc.description | Nanas madu merupakan salah satu komoditas unggulan Kabupaten Pemalang. Sentra produksi nanas madu di Kabupaten Pemalang yaitu berada di Desa Beluk Kecamatan Belik. Namun, produksi nanas madu pada tahun 2013-2015 mengalami fluktuasi secara signifikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi dan mengetahui tingkat elastisitas pada setiap input usahatani nanas madu di Desa Beluk. Metode dasar yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analisis. Penentuan lokasi secara purposive dengan pertimbangan Desa Beluk merupakan sentra produksi nanas madu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara terhadap 64 petani yang dipilih secara acak bedasarkan proporsi setiap kelompok tani. Teknik analisis fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglas digunakan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi dan elastisitas dari masing-masing input usahatani nanas madu. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi nanas madu yaitu jumlah tanaman, pupuk kandang, dan musim panen. Pada variabel yang mempengaruhi produksi diperoleh hanya variabel pupuk kandang yang bernilai negatif. Pengaruh nilai negatif dikarenakan penggunaan pupuk yang belum matang. | dc.description.abstract | Pineapple Honey is one of the superior commodity of Pemalang Regency. The production center of Honey Pineapple in Pemalang District is located on the Beluk Village, Belik District. However, production of honey pineapple in 2013-2015 was subjected to significant fluctuations. The purpose of this research is to know the factors that affect production and to know the level of elasticity in each honey pineapple farming input in the Beluk Village. The basic method in this research is descriptive analysis. The purposive sampling method was used in this study with the consideration that beluk village was the center of honey pineapple production. Data collection is conducted through observations and interviews of 64 farmers that selected randomly based on the proportion of each farmer group. Cobb-Douglas production function analysis technique was used to determine the factors affecting the production and elasticity of each of the honey pineapple farming inputs. The results of the analysis showed that the factors affecting the production of honey pineapple are the number of plants, manure, and harvest season. In variables that affect production is obtained only variable manure has negative value. Effect of negative value due to the aplication of immature manure. Inputs that elastic to the production of honey pineapple is number of crops. | en_US |
