dc.description.abstract	Anterior teethwith pulpal necrosis usually result pain followed wiyh discoloration that has to be treated with root canal treatment and post endodontic restoration. Root canal treatment was conducted to retain the tooth as lomng as possible. However retoration post endodontics has to be made to improve the aesthetics. Anterior teeth with pulpal necrosis has to be treated simultaneously in the same periiod of time to improve its aesthetics.	en_US
