| dc.description | Komplek perumahan mempunyai beberapa jenis tipe dalam satu komplek contohnya perumahan tipe 36 yang meliputi satu ruang tamu, dua kamar, dapur dan kamar mandi. Maka dari itu kondisi rumah dibuat senyaman mungkin bagi pemilik yang akan tinggal dirumah tersebut. Hal yang dapat mempengaruhi keamanan dan kenyamanan yaitu seperti sarana dan prasarana pendukung. Instalasi listrik juga termasuk kategori dalam keamanan dan kenyamanan pada perumahan karena mengenai soal penyambungan kabel, instalasi pencahayaan, instalasi kotak kontak, dan sistem grounding. Oleh karena itu, perancangan instalasi komplek perumahan harus dirancang dengan berlandaskan aturan dan persyaratan instalasi listrik. Dari hasil analisis pada Perancangan Komplek Perumahan Tipe 36 Ngijo Karang Ploso Malang membutuhkan daya sebesar 1300W, estimasi biaya perancangan sebesar Rp 3.020.850, terdapat kelebihan titik penerangan pada tiap ruangan yang terdiri dari 2 buah lampu maka ditambahkan kapasitas watt pada penerangan, beban terpasang pada rumah belum dihuni sebesar 0,76A, dan rumah yang sudah dihuni sebesar 4,72A. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Housing complexs have several types in one complex, for example type 36 housing which includes a living room, two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. Therefore the condition of the house is made as comfortable as possible for the owner who will stay at the house. Things that can affect security and comfort, such as supporting facilities dan infrastructure. Electrical installations are also included in the category of security and comfort in housing due to the matter of connecting cables, lighting installations, installation of contact boxes, and grounding systems. There fore, the design of the installation system of a housing complex must be designed based on the rules and requirements for electrical installation. From the results of the analysis on the Design of Type 36 Ngijo Karang Ploso Housing Complex Malang a power of 1300W and an estimated design cost of the design is Rp 3,020,850. There are excess lighting points in each room consisting of 2 light then added wattage capacity to lighting, the loadis installed at home in habited bt 0,76A, and in habited houses at 4,72A. | en_US |
