| dc.description | Keberhasilan suatu proyek konstruksi dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor penting, yaitu waktu penyelesaian yang singkat dan biaya yang dikeluarkan sedikit dengan tidak menghilangkan unsur kualitas pekerjaan yang akan dihasilkan diakhir pekerjaan. Cara umum yang dilakukan untuk menghasilkan proyek yang efektif dan efisien adalah dengan cara melakukan perbandingan biaya konstruksi dalam penambahan jam kerja (lembur) dan penambahan alat berat, hal yang perlu diperhatikan untuk pekerjaan yang dipercepat adalah pekerjaan yang kritis. Pengelolaan proyek secara sistematis diperlukan untuk memastikan waktu pelaksanaan proyek sesuai dengan kontrak atau lebih cepat sehingga biaya yang dikeluarkan tidak melebihi dari yang dianggarkan dan menghindari adanya denda akibat keterlambatan penyelesaian suatu proyek. Dalam kasus ini salah satu metode yang digunakan adalah metode Time Cost Trade Off dengan bantuan program Microsoft Project 2010. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa setelah dilakukan penambahan jam kerja lembur selama 1 jam biaya yang harus dikeluarkan sebesar Rp. 3.366.607.584,37 dengan durasi sebesar 147,49 hari, untuk penambahan jam lembur selama 2 jam biaya yang harus dikeluarkan sebesar Rp. 3.161.278.968,45 dengan durasi sebesar 73,91 hari, untuk penambahan lembur selama 3 jam biaya yang harus dikeluarkan sebesar Rp. 2.992.888.098,43 dengan durasi sebesar 13,98 hari, sementara untuk penambahan alat berat yang durasinya setara dengan 1 jam biaya yang harus dikeluarkan Rp. 3.355.281.001,13 dengan durasi 147,49 hari, untuk penambahan alat yang setara 2 jam biaya yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp. 3.134.446.382,57 dengan durasi 73,91 hari, lalu untuk penambahan alat yang setara 3 jam didapatkan dengan biaya sebesar Rp. 2.954.553.969,61. Biaya penambahan alat disini lebih efisien dari waktu dan biaya. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The success of a construction project is influenced by two important factors, duration of completion of the project briefly and at a minimal cost but do not eliminate the quality element of the work that will be generated from the end on the job. The most common to produce effective and efficient projects is by comparing construction costs in the addition to working hours (overtime) and adding heavy equipment, which needs to be noticed for expedited work is critical work.Systematic project management is needed to ensure the project implementation time is in accordance with the contract or faster so the costs incurred do not exceed the budgeted and avoid fines due to the delay in the completion of a project. In this case, one of the method used is the Time Cost Trade Off with the help of the Microsoft Project 2010 program.
