| dc.description | This study aims to determine the Effect of Accounting Information
Systems, Incentives, and Participatory Leadership Style on the Performance of
PT. PG Rajawali II Cirebon. The subjects in this study were the Employee
Performance of PT. PG Rajawali II Cirebon. The type of data in this study is the
primary data type. The sample used in this study amounted to 74 respondents. The
method used in determining sampling is using purposive sampling method. The
technique of collecting and obtaining this research data using survey techniques
using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple
linear analysis methods.
Based on the analysis that has been done, the results show that the
Accounting Information System, Incentives, and Participatory Leadership Style
have a positive effect on Employee performance. | en_US |
