| dc.description | This thesis try o explain why did the President Donald Trump reduced and eliminated grants to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees in The Near East (UNRWA). Since 7 decades ago, the United States has a stable relationship with UNRWA. Until 2017, the United States is the largest donor of UNRWA. The conflict between the United States and UNRWA occurred due to the Jerusalem conflict. Using Graham T Allison's theoretical approach to the rational actor model, the decision of the United States was considered through two alternatives with cost benefit calculations of the United States in making decisions regarding the termination of funding assistance to UNRWA. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Karya tulis ini berusaha menjelaskan mengapa Presiden Donald Trump mengurangi dan meniadakan dana bantuan ke The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in The Near East (UNRWA). Sejak 7 dekade lalu, Amerika Serikat memiliki hubungan yang stabil dengan UNRWA. Sampai tahun 2017, Amerika Serikat merupakan penyumbang donor terbesar di UNRWA. Konflik yang terjadi diantara Amerika Serikat dan UNRWA terjadi disebabkan karena konflik Yerussalem. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori Graham T Allison mengenai model aktor rasional, keputusan Amerika Serikat dipertimbangkan melalui dua alternatif berupa keuntungan dan kerugian Amerika Serikat dalam mengambil keputusan terhadap penghentian bantuan dana terhadap UNRWA | en_US |
