| dc.description | This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the human development index in
Lampung province's districts/cities. This study uses secondary data from 2010-
2017 and the analysis tool used is the data panel method with the approach of
Fixed Effect Model. Based on the results of panel data regression, it was found
that the variable government expenditure on health had a positive and significant
effect on the human development index in Lampung province district/city. the
economy has a positive and significant effect on the human development index in
Lampung province district/city, the variable number of poor people has a negative
and significant effect on the human development index in Lampung province's
