| dc.description | This study aims to determine the role of community participation and human resource competency on village independence by managing village funds as an intervening variable. This test uses community participation and human resource competencies as the dependent variable. Village independence as an independent variable, and management of village funds as mediating or intervening variables. The sample used in this research is a village apparatus consisting of Village Heads, Village Secretaries, and Village Treasurers who work in the Village Government of Sleman Regency. this research uses cluster random sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Based on the questionnaire distribution process obtained 78 respondents. The hypothesis testing in this study uses path analysis using the SPSS v.15 application. The results of the study showed that community participation and human resource competency had a positive effect on village fund management. Human resource competence and management of village funds have a positive effect on village independence. Community participation does not affect village independence. Community participation has a positive effect on village independence through the management of village funds. Human resource competency does not affect village independence through the management of village funds. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran partisipasi masyarakat dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kemandirian desa dengan pengelolaan dana desa sebagai variabel intervening. Pengujian ini menggunakan partisipasi masyarakat dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia sebagai variabel dependen. Kemandirian desa sebagai variabel independen, dan pengelolaan dana desa sebagai variabel pemediasi atau intervening. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perangkat desa yang terdiri dari Kepala Desa, Sekretaris Desa, dan Bendahara Desa yang bekerja di Pemerintah Desa Kabupaten Sleman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cluster random sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Berdasarkan proses penyebaran kuesioner diperoleh 78 responden. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS v.15. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif terhadap pengelolaan dana desa. Kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan pengelolaan dana desa berpengaruh positif terhadap kemandirian desa. Partisipasi masyarakat tidak berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian desa. Partisipasi masyarakat berpengaruh positif terhadap kemandirian desa melalui pengelolaan dana desa. Kompetensi sumber daya manusia tidak berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian desa melalui pengelolaan dana desa. | en_US |
