This study aims to determine the effect of regional financial performance on economic growth. The Effectiveness of Regional Original Income Ratio, Regional Financial Efficiency Ratio, Regional Financial Independence Ratio, Operating Expenditure Ratio, and Capital Expenditure Ratio are measured as indicators of Regional Financial Performance which are independent variables and Economic Growth as the dependent variable. This study took a sample of 6 districts / cities in Central Java Province in 2013-2017. The analytical method used is panel data by combining cross section and time series. The selected model used is the Fixed Effect Model. Based on the analysis that has been done shows the results that the Effectiveness of the Regional Original Income Ratio has a coefficient of 0.020121 and a probability value of 0.0440, the Regional Financial Efficiency Ratio has a coefficient value of 0.033415 and a probability value of 0.0452, the Operational Expenditure Ratio has coefficient value of 0.247015 and probability of 0.0189, Capital Expenditure Ratio obtained coefficient value of 0.248194 and probability of 0.0185 can be concluded to have a positive and significant effect on economic growth, while the Regional Financial Independence Ratio has a coefficient of 0.009257 and a probability value of 0.7608 has a positive effect but is not significant for Economic Growth.en_US
