| dc.description | This research aims to determine the cost, income, profit and added value of processed products made from coffee beans. Place of research is determined by purposive method that is in Muria Mountain Range of Pati Regency. Respondents in this research amounted to 34 home industries determined by snow ball sampling method. The data used include primary and secondary data. Technique of collecting data by observation and direct interview by using questionnaire. Quantitative analysis was used to know the cost, income, profit and added valued. The results of the analysis for coffee beans processed homeindustry into natural process coffee powder for one month requires a fee Rp. 2.900.667 and Rp. 2.397.712 for full wash process coffee powder with income of Rp. 1.849.599 and Rp. 3.037.774. The profit from that product are Rp. 1.431.183 and Rp. 2.867.288. While the processed coffee beans industry becomes roastbean of natural process cost Rp. 1.613.016 and Rp. 1.716.760 for roastbean of full wash process with income Rp. 2.474.344 and Rp. 2.807.276. The profit from that product Rp. 2.474.344 and Rp. 2.683.240. That the added value of the processing of coffee beans one kilogram for the home industry of coffee powder amounted to Rp Rp. 56.722 for natural process and Rp. Rp. 130.199 for full wash process while the home industry of candied roastbean greater added value of Rp, Rp.112.626– for natural process and Rp. 142.875 for full wash process. | en_US |
