dc.descriptionThis research aims to analyze the extent of the influence of Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB), Government Expenditure on Health and Public Facilities on Human Development Index in Papua Barat Province. The object of the research are the data of 12 Districts and a city from 2013 to 2017, obtained from various institutions such as the BPS and the resources associated to this research. The analytical tool used is the panel data method. Based on the analysis conducted, the results obtained are variable Gross Regional Domestic Product and Government Expenditure on Health have a significant positive effect toward the Human Development Index in West Papua Province. Government Expenditure on Public Facilities has significantly negative effect. This is caused due to an error in the allocation of funds and the public facilities fund corruption case which happened in West Papua Province.en_US
