| dc.description | Indonesian workers (TKI) are liquid of all Indonesian citizens who are eligible to work abroad in the period of time that is determined in the employment agreement through the procedure of placement of TKI. In 2013-2015 the number of illegal workers from Indonesia in Malaysia continues to increase, namely in the year 2015 CHNRD countries that Indonesia and Malaysia agreed to create a policy together named energy placement policy One-door work.
The author raises the title of this thesis "Policy on labour placement of Indonesia-Malaysia in the cause of illegal migrant workers in Malaysia year 2015 " That is to know the reason why Indonesia agreed to make a policy with Malaysia And the impact to be gained for Indonesia after such policy.
Theoretically, the author of the improvement in this thesis is a rational choice (rational Choice), where in the theory of rational elections there are 3 things that make a trust want to cooperate with other trust namely: purpose or target, alternative, Consequences and appropriately. Indonesia has made a policy with Malaysia as Indonesia has its own goals and Mauri will have a positive impact when making a policy with Malaysia. | en_US |
