dc.description | Desa online (online village) and village information system program is done by Pemerintah Kabupaten Kendal through the Department of Community Development (Dispermasdes) and the Department of Communication and Information (Diskominfo). Socialization of desa online (online village) and village information system program is implemented in order to Kendal as one district that has been active from 75 districts / cities in Indonesia in carrying out the program, to increase its activity again in its management. In addition, the program is implemented in achieving the main objectives Kendal towards Smart city in the 2019's. The research method is descriptive qualitative, using the technique of collecting data through interviews and archival documentation in the form of government documents and others. Interviews were conducted to the village implementing outreach programs online and village information system. The validity of the data is done by triangulation. The results of this research are Pemerintah Kabupaten Kendal uses three stages: planning , communication and evaluation. Pemerintah Kabupaten Kendal opted face-to-face media in the form of technical assistance and the use of new media through a WhatsApp group in socialization. But there are lacks in this socialization strategy that is at the planning stage, is less systematic packaging of messages to be delivered as well as the use of media socialization that has not been implemented to the maximum. Moreover, the absence of a formal evaluation activities so that the Pemerintah Kabupaten Kendal could not determine the target achievement according to the purpose. | en_US |
