dc.descriptionIndonesia is an archipelago country consist of 70% sea and 30% land territory. Under Joko Widodo administration, Indonesia has strong vision with the idea NAWACITA. NAWACITA is a term to describe nine priority programs initiated to make a change towards Indonesia policy. In order to bring the maritime country identity Jokowi, announce that Indonesia will become the Global Maritime Fulcrum in his administration. One State that currently has a strong economy and continues to increase is China. China’s economic growth has implications for the shifting from Europe to Asia. China with the vision and concept to connect China with other countries called the Belt and Road Initiative. The purpose of this research is to know the interest of Jokowi on Joining the China’s Silk Maritime Road on Belt and Road Initiative, how this program influence Indonesia during Joko Widodo administration and the future project and possibility between both countries.en_US
