The aim of the study is to explain the foreign policy of the United States out of the JCPOA nuclear agreement. President Donal Trump’s decision to deny the agreement initiated by the 44th former president of the United States, Barack Obama, brought criticism from many parties, especially the European Union due to the threat of their investment in Iran. The results of the study show three factors that caused the United to exit the JCPOA agreement namely; 1) Domestic factors, the reason of Republican support Donald Trump out of the JPOAC agreement can be seen as the main priority of US national interests is to safeguard Israel’s security. 2) Economic and military conditions, declining economic growth in the United States. At the time of the Iran Nuclear agreement, Iran becomes one of the world’s biggest oil exporters in 2016, the US and its allies lifted economic sanctions in exchange for curbing Iran’s nuclear program. On the other hand the United States is a country that has a high level of military, economic and political and technological power. The United States is a country that controls the aspects of industry, and even becomes the center of technology in the post-cold war world between the Western and Eastern Blocs. 3) International context, Israel factors in the Middle East are the main reason for Trump's decision. After the Cold War, the US emerged as the main axis of world power. As the result, in the various global dynamics of the world starting in 1991 (after the collapse of the Soviet Union), the US managed to intervene in the policies of other countries, especially developing countries, including countries located in the Middle East. The US military invasion of Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya and several other developing countries, shows US ambitions to dominate the world, especially in the Middle Easten_US
