dc.descriptionThe Success of an organization is determined by internal and ezternal factor. One of the internal factor is the organization culture. It is a set of values that gudes someone behaves in an oganization. The objectives of his study are to describe the process of the internalizing organizational cultural values carried out by members of IPM (Muhammadiyah Studens Association) and to know the supporting and inhibiting factors in it. This study used descriptive approach with qualitative data types. It is conducted at the Central Leadership of IPM in Muhammadiyah Organization in Yogyakarta. The study concludes that the internalization of 9 values of IPM; divinity, goodness, reporting, benefit, science, cadence, independence, creativity, humanity, were not organized in the written and planned tergets so that it was infocused and not all the values were conveyed to PCM (Branch Leadership of Muhammadiyah). As the result, some of them; such as humanity and reporting; were not internalized maximally. However, the study found that most of the members well, although some intensive efforts were still needed for the PCM (Branch Leadership of Muhammadiyah) so that 9 values of IPM could be know by all members.en_US
