dc.descriptionThis study aims to analyze the factors that influence the Local Revenue (PAD) of the tourism sector in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. To support this research using secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Tourism Office of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. In this study using a sample of 35 data from 1 city and 4 regency in the Province of Special Region of Yogyakarta, namely Yogyakarta City, Sleman Regency, Bantul Regency, Kulonprogo Regency and Gunungkidul Regency from 2011 to 2017. Analysis tools used in research this is a Data Panel Method with a Fixed Effect Model approach. Based on the analysis that has been done, the results show that the number of tourist visits, the number of tourism objects, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and the number of hotels have a significant positive effect on the tourism sector in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.en_US
