dc.descriptionTujuan penelitian ini adalah pembuatan media pembelajaran sistem kelistrikan power window sebagai sarana praktik dibengkel D3 Teknik Mesin Vokasi UMY, dan mengetahui hasil pengujian media pembelajaran power window, serta mampu mengatasi troubleshooting pada sistem kelistrikan power window. Metode pembuatan sistem power window diawali dengan perancangan rangka dan papan media pembelajaran. Pengujian media pembelajaran sistem power window dilakukan melalui pengujian fungsi komponen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pembuatan media pembelajaran sistem kelistrikan power window sebagai sarana praktik dibengkel D3 Teknik Mesin Vokasi UMY dapat berjalan sesuai dengan rencana meliputi pembuatan tempat atau dudukan motor power window, switch utama power window, switch tunggal power window, kunci kontak, fuse, banana jack, menyambung kabel-kabel dengan banana jack, merakit rangkaian kelistrikannya, menyambungkan rangkaian ke sumber baterai, dan merapikan instalasi kabel-kabel. Hasil pengujian media pembelajaran power window menunjukkan media pembelajaran dapat berfungsi dengan baik. Motor power window dapat naik dan turun dengan baik. Hasil pemeriksaan tahanan menunjukkan kondisi saklar utama masih dalam keadaan baik, tahanannya masih berada pada batas spesifikasi. Dari hasil pemeriksaan, secara keseluruhan kondisi motor dan saklar utama maupun penumpang dalam keadaan normal. Dari hasil pemeriksaan tahanan, kondisi fuse masih dalam keadaan baik karena tahanannya masih sama dengan spesifikasi. Hasil pembuatan media pembelajaran power window mampu mengatasi troubleshooting pada sistem kelistrikan power window. Komponen fuse, kunci kontak, saklar, dan motor power window berfungsi dengan baik dan tidak terjadi troubleshooting. Kata kunci: media pembelajaran, sistem kelistrikan, power windowen_US
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this research are to of making learning media electricity power window as a practical tool in D3 Mechine Engineering UMY, and to know the result of learning media power window’s testing, and than be able to overcome the troubleshooting in the power window electricity system.The process of power window system needs a preparation to determine the form of learning media and to schedule the constraction of learning media’s framework and determine the material that will be use. The consept of power window learning media starting by designing the framework and the learning media’s panel. Power window system learning media’s testing do by testing the components. The result showed that the process of making learning media power window electricity system as a tool in D3 Machine Engineering UMY is suitable, consist of making the landscape of power window’s motor, power window’s main switch, power window’s single switch, ignition, fuse, banana jack, connect the cables with banana jack, assemble the electric circuit, connect the chain in the battery, and sort out the cables installation. The result of the test showed that learning media can function well. Power window’s motor can up and down finely. The captivity result showed that the main switch’s condition is still fine, the captivity is still in the specification limit. From the check-up result, overall the motor condition and the main switch and also the sitter are normal. From the captivity’s check result, fuse condition is still fine because the captivity is still same with the specification. The result of making power window learning media can overcome the troubleshooting in the power window electrical system. Fuse component, ignition, switch, and power window’s motor are function well and do not happen troubleshooting.en_US
