| dc.description | Waktu dan biaya merupakan faktor yang sangat berpengaruh dalam kegagalan dan keberhasilan sebuah proyek. Keberhasilan suatu proyek dilihat pada tolak ukur penyelesaian proyek tersebut yang singkat dengan biaya yang minimal tetapi tidak melupakan mutu hasil akhir suatu pekerjaan. Ada berbagai solusi yang bisa dikerjakan agar menghasilkan proyek yang efektif dan efisien salah satunya menggunakan cara perbandingan durasi dan biaya dalam penambahan jam kerja lembur pada pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi. Analisisa data bisa dengan program Microsoft Project 2010 dengan analisis Duration Cost Trade Off. Dari software Microsoft Project 2010 menghasilkan lintasan kritis juga kenaikan biaya akibat adanya penambahan jam kerja (lembur) untuk hasil metode Duration Cost Trade Off yaitu percepatan durasi serta menaiknya biaya setelah percepatan durasi untuk setiap kegiatan yang dilakukan percepatan.
Dari analisis dapat dilihat bahwa pada kondisi normal total biaya sebesar Rp 6.000.000.000,00 dengan durasi 65 hari. Dan hasil analisis pada kondisi lembur 1 jam didapat harga yaitu Rp 5,917,999,759.611 dengan durasi total 58 hari lebih efektif 10,76 % dari durasi normal, untuk penambahan jam lembur 2 jam didapat harga yaitu Rp 5,801,697,342.628 dengan durasi 52,30 hari lebih efektif 19,54% dari durasi normal dan saat penambahan lembur 3 jam didapat harga yaitu Rp 5.739.068.754,49 dengan durasi 48,40 hari lebih efektif 25,53% dari durasi normal.

| dc.description.abstract | Time and cost are very influential factors in the failure and success of a project. The success of a project is seen in the short benchmarks of project completion with minimal costs but do not forget the quality of the final results of a job. There are various solutions that can be done to produce an effective and efficient project, one of which uses a comparison of the duration and cost of adding overtime hours to the construction project. Analysis of the data can be with the Microsoft Project 2010 program with Duration Cost Trade Off analysis. From the Microsoft Project 2010 software, the critical trajectory is also an increase in costs due to the addition of working hours (overtime) to the results of the Duration Cost Trade Off method, namely the acceleration of the duration and rising costs after the acceleration of the duration for each activity that is accelerating.
