dc.description.abstractThis study aims to examine the yield and quality of cassava varieties with different harvest ages in Gunungkidul Regency. This research was conducted using a field trial method with a single factor experimental design that was compiled in a Complete Randomized Block Design (RAKL) with 6 treatments, namely 4 months harvest age (February), 5 months (March), 6 months (April), 7 months (May), 8 months (June), 9 months (July). The results showed that the harvest age of 7 months after planting showed that the highest yield of sweet potatoes was 13.83 tons / ha. While the quality of cassava cassava varieties was the highest at 9 months of harvest with 38.61% starch content.en_US
