dc.description.abstract | This study aims to describe the
dynamics of Sido Makmur Women's Farmers Group in Panjangrejo Village,
Pundong District, Bantul Regency. The basic method used in this research is a
descriptive method. Determination of location is done intentionally (purposive).
Respondents were determined by determining key informants, namely active
members of the prosperous female group of Sido. The results showed that the
establishment of the Sido Makmur Women's Farmer Group was initiated by Mrs.
Arifil Laili and Ms. Nina Trisnawati aimed at carrying out activities that
produced benefits for the residents. The effort that is carried out by the group
moves dynamically in achieving its goals is indicated by group goals, group
structure, task functions, group maintenance and development, group atmosphere
and well functioning leadership. Factors affecting group dynamics are a group
experience, non-formal education, tools and capital assistance, counseling, and
assistance. Capital assistance and tools, counseling and assistance are the
