dc.description.abstractA title of the research was the Evaluation of Glagah Beach Tourism Area Arrangement, Temon District, Kulon Progo Regency. This study aims to identify tourist conditions on Glagah Beach and develop a regional arrangement concept on Glagah Beach. This research was conducted using survey methods accompanied by interviews, filling out questionnaires against various respondents and collecting secondary data. Respondents in this study consisted of people, tourists, and the government. The selection of respondents was carried out by a purposive method by researchers. Data analysis was performed using descriptive methods and spatial analysts. The results showed that Glagah Beach is unique in that there are tourist lagoons that distinguish this beach from other beaches in the southern coastal region, and are equipped with other tourism facilities such as culinary tourism markets, parking areas, toilets, mosques, pavilions, Search and Rescue posts and other facilities support. The arrangement of the Glagah beach area is directed as a sustainable tourism area supported by natural resource potential. Sustainable tourism to be developed includes traditional community culture, integrated farming systems, and developing lagoon tourism.en_US
