| dc.description | Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu, (1) Untuk mengetahui peran konselor
Pimpinan Cabang Nasyiatul Aisyiyah dalam dakwah transformatif di lingkungan
masyarakat desa Batur kabupaten Banjarnegara. (2) Untuk mengetahui hambatan
yang dihadapi konselor Pimpinan Cabang Nasyiatul Aisyiyah dalam dakwah
transformatif di lingkungan masyarakat desa Batur kabupaten Banjarnegara. (3)
Untuk mengetahui strategi konselor Pimpinan Cabang Nasyiatul Aisyiyah dalam
dakwah transformatif di lingkungan masyarakat desa Batur kabupaten
Banjarnegara.
Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian lapangan (field Research) yang
bersifat deskriptif-kualitatif. Penelitian Kualitatif adalah upaya untuk menyajikan
dunia sosial dan perspektifnya di dalam dunia dari segi konsep, perilaku, persepsi,
dan persoalan tentang manusia yang diteliti (Lexy J. Moleong, 2007: 6).
Berdasarkan analisis dari pembahasan penelitian, dapat disimpulkan
bahwa peran konselor sangat dibutuhkan di Pimpinan Cabang Nasyiatul Aisyiyah.
Peran konselor dalam dakwah transformatif ini sangat penting untuk menghadapi
masyarakat Batur yang kondisin sosial, budaya dan agamanya memang sedang
berkembang baik. Peran konselor bagi dakwah transformatif di PCNA Batur ini
bereran aktif karena seorang konselor tidak hanya bertugas mensyiarkan ilmu
agama saja, melainkan dapat menjadi sebagai pendamping bagi masyarakat desa
Batur, Kabupaten Banjarnegara.
Adapun hambatan yang dihadapi seorang konselor merupakan motivasi
untuk lebih giat lagi mencari strategi dalam persoalan tersebut. Hambatanhambatan
yang dihadapi antara lain selain faktor eksternal juga faktor internal.
Baik dalam diri konselor itu sendiri maupun hambatan dari konseli. Strategi yang
didapat selama penelitian, penulis menyimpulkan dengan konsep attawazun yaitu
keseimbangan antara pengetahuan konselor yang menggunakan ilmu terapan
konseling dengan konseli yang berkarakter Islami.Kata kunci : Peran Konselor,

| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to find out (1) the roles of counselors of PCNA /the
chair branch of Aisyah in giving transformative preaching in the community
environment of Batur village Banjarnegara district (2) the obstacles faced by the
counselors of PCNA in giving transformative preaching in the community
environment of Batur village Banjarnegara district (3) the strategies carried out by
the counselors of PCNA in giving transformative preaching in the community
environment of Batur village Banjarnegara district.
This research is a field research which is qualitative descriptive in
nature. Qualitative research aims to present the social world and its perspective
from the aspects of concept, behavior, perception, and issues on the observed
human (Lexy J.Moleong, 2007:6)
The results of the research reveal that the counselors’ roles are highly
needed in PCNA. The counselors’ roles in transformative preaching are very
important for the society of Batur village whose social, cultural, and religious
conditions are now developing well. The roles of counselors in transformative
preaching of PCNA in Batur village are significantly important since they are not
only actively involved in spreading religious knowledge but also being the
counselor of the community in Batur village Banjarnegara district.
The obstacles faced by the counselors become their motivation in
finding more effective strategies to handle the problems. The obstacles
commonly faced by the counselors are both external and internal factors. The
internal factors are from the counselors themselves and their counselees. It is
concluded from the research that the concept of attawazun that is the balance of
the counselors’ knowledge in using their applied counselling to the counselees
with the Islamic character is the best obtained strategy | en_US |
