| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi dan motivasi
terhadap minat mahasiswa berkarir di bidang perpajakan. Subyek yang digunakan
dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dan mahasiswi akhir yang sudah mengambil
mata kuliah perpajakan. Dalam penelitian ini, terdapat 100 sampel dipilih
berdasarkan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini
berasal dari data primer dan pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuisioner. Uji
kualitas data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan uji analisis
data menggunakan uji regresi berganda.
Hasil dari pengujian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa variabel persepsi
dan variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap minat mahasiswa berkarir di

| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to examine the effect of perception and motivation on career
interests of students in the taxation field. The subjects used in this study were
students and final students who had taken taxation courses. In this study, there were
100 samples chosen based on the purposive sampling method. The data used in this
study came from primary data and data collection using questionnaire techniques.
The data quality test in this study uses the classic assumption test and the data
analysis test uses multiple regression tests.
The results of the tests carried out showed that the perception variable and
the motivational variable had a positive effect on student career interests in the
