| dc.description | This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of member participation, entrepreneurship, organizational commitment, innovation and capital on the performance of the management of student cooperatives in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The subjects of this study were members of the student cooperative in Yogyakarta. Primary data collection uses questionnaires to 100 respondents selected by using the population. The method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS version 21 software. The results of the analysis show that member participation variables have a significant and positive effect on the performance of student cooperative managers, entrepreneurship has a significant and positive effect on the performance of student cooperative management, organizational commitment and positive towards the performance of student cooperative management, innovation has a significant and positive effect on the performance of the student cooperative board and the capital has a significant and positive influence on the performance of the student cooperative management | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh partisipasi anggota, kewirausahaan, komitmen organisasi, inovasi dan modal terhadap kinerja pengurus koperasi mahasiswa di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anggota koperasi mahasiswa yang ada di Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data Primer menggunakan Kuesiner kepada 100 responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan populasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 21. Hasil analisis menunjukkan variabel partisipasi anggota berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja pengurus koperasi mahasiswa, kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja pengurus koperasi mahasiswa, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja pengurus koperasi mahasiswa, inovasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja pengurus koperasi mahasiswa dan modal bepengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja pengurus koperasi mahasiswa. | en_US |
