| dc.description | This study aims to measure the effectiveness and analysis of financial performance strategies in revenue of the Technical Implementation Unit of the Special Region of Yogyakarta Health Office after the implementation of the Regional Business Service Agency in the 2015-2018 period. The financial ratios completed and analyzed in this study are the ratios used, the growth rate analysis and the SWOT analysis. This study uses an embedded concurrent mixed method that combines quantitative and qualitative. The results showed that there was effectiveness of revenue after the implementation of the Regional Business Service Agency, while the growth rate analyzed by trend was directly proportional to the budget plan in each of its agencies. | dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efektivitas dan menganalisis strategi kinerja keuangan dalam pendapatan Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas Kesehatan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta sesudah penerapannya Badan Layanan Usaha Daerah pada periode 2015-2018. Rasio keuangan yang diukur dan dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah rasio efektivitas, analisis laju pertumbuhan dan analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini menggunakan embedded concurrent mixed method yang menggabungkan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat efektivitas pendapatan sesudah penerapannya Badan Layanan Usaha Daerah, sedangkan laju pertumbuhan yang di analisis dengan tren sudah berbanding lurus dengan rencana anggaran disetiap instansinya.
