| dc.description | The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the total of poor people, government expenditure in education and government expenditure in health on the human development index (HDI) in districts / cities in South Sulawesi Province in the period 2012-2016. The analysis methods was used in this research is to use panel data regression analysis with the Random Effect Model (REM) approach. The results of the panel data model analysis showed that the total of Poor people has a negative and significant effect on the Human Development Index (HDI), the Government Expenditure variable in Education has a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index, and the Government Expenditure variable in the Health Sector has a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index (HDI). | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Jumlah penduduk miskin, pengeluaran pemerintah bidang pendidikan dan pengeluaran pemerintah bidang kesehatan terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia (IPM) di kabupaten/kota Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan periode tahun 2012-2016. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan pendekatan Random Effect Model (REM). Hasil dari analisis model data panel menujukkan bahwa variabel Jumlah Penduduk Miskin berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), variabel Pengeluaran Pemerintah Bidang Pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, dan variabel Pengeluran Pemerintah Bidang Kesehatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM). | en_US |
