dc.description | This study discuss about the creative strategy of Radio Soekamti as a
streaming online radio community based on “Gelora dan Irama” program to
maintaining their existence. The purpose of this research is to know how to
implement creative strategy on the “Gelora dan Irama” program in Radio
Soekamti and to know what factors that affect the implementation of the creative
strategy of “Gelora dan Irama” program at Radio Soekamti to maintaining their
listeners. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research, the data is
collected in the form of interrelated images or documents. The steps for data
collection are done through deep interview techniques, relevant documentation and
literature. The interview was conducted by the hosts of “Gelora and Irama”
program, Dory Soekamti and Tony Soekamti. Then the steps taken to analyze the
data is by collecting and conducting field research in order to obtain the required
data. Data collection is conducted with interviews and supported with instruments
that related to the creative strategy from “Gelora dan Irama” program. The
creative strategy performed by the “Gelora dan Irama” program actually lies in
the content of the event talkshow, by making the setup as an attraction for the
listener, then bring the guest star and continued with their live performance, in
addition to creating content on social media such as live streaming of Youtube,
Instagram, and creating podcasts. From this research, it can be concluded that to
create a program that attracts listeners, in need of a creative, innovative and a
consistent way that can increase their listeners and become more a loyal listeners. | en_US |
