dc.descriptionThis research analyzes the management of DIY local public relations in implementing e-government in 2017-2018. The purpose of this research is to describe how the management of social media, especially Twitter, the Public Relations of the DIY Regional Government in 2017-2018. The researche method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method because research want to collect data in the form of information, identify everything related to the problem under study in the research. The object of research conducted is the Public Relations Regional Government of DIY having its address at Suryatmajan, Danurejan, Yogyakarta City, Special Region of Yogyakarta 55213. The results showed that the management of Twitter media that has been applied by the Regional Government Public Relations DIY is through several stages including planning to make editorial plan, organizing, actualizing and evaluating. In addition there are also relations of e-government concepts that exist from government to citizens (G2C), government to business (G2B), government to government (G2G) that have been carried out by the Regional Government Public Relations DIY. In the management process in accordance with the main objective of Public Relations, namely to provide information quickly and directed.en_US
