dc.descriptionThe objective of this research is for explaning how the role of the World Food Program (WFP) in Resolving Food Crisis In Yemen year 2015-2019. WFP as the largest humanitarian aid organization in the world under the responsibility of the United Nations (UN), especially in providing food and nutrition assistance which was founded in 1961 under the supervision of the Food Agriculture Organization (FAO) in Rome, Italy. According to the Global Hunger Index (GHI) in 2019, Yemen is ranked 116 out of 117 eligible countries, with a score of 45.9 which is where Yemen suffers from an extremely alarming level of food crisis. Using the approach of the concept of international organizations, food security and food literacy, this research answers how the effectiveness of WFP's work in providing assistance to Yemen based on the objectives of this international organization formed.en_US
