| dc.description | This study aims to analyze the effect of using Instagram stories on the self-existence
of Yogyakarta Muhammadiyah University students. The data in this study were
obtained using questionnaires to UMY students. The distribution of questionnaires
was done by online media, namely Google Form. The questionnaire were also
distributed by purposive sampling technique. Based on the distribution of the
questionnaire, 108 respondents filled out the research questionnaire and the results
of their responses were used to answer the research questions. In addition, the
hypothesis testing is done by using correlation analysis. Based on the results of the
correlation analysis it can be concluded that the intensity of using Instagram stories
has a positive influence on the existence of UMY students. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan
instagram story pada media sosial Instagram terhadap eksistensi diri mahasiswa
Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Data dalam penelitian ini didapat dengan
menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner kepada mahasiswa UMY. Penyebaran
kuesioner dilakukan dengan media online (daring) yaitu Google Form. Penyebaran
kuesioner juga dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan
penyebaran kuesioner , 108 responden mengisi kuesioner penelitian dan hasil
respon mereka digunakan untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Pengujian
hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi. Berdasarkan hasil
analisis korelasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa intensitas penggunaan Instagram story
