| dc.description | This study aims to analyze the Effects of Foreign Ownership, Public Ownership, Family Commissioners and Women's Commissioners on the Area of Disclosure of Biological Assets in Agricultural Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The subject in this study is the financial statements of agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2018. In this study a sample of 48 samples were selected using the purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used is the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Based on the analysis that has been done, the results show that public ownership has a positive effect on the disclosure of biological assets. Foreign ownership and female commissioners have a significant negative effect on the disclosure of biological assets. Meanwhile, the family commissioner and the chief commissioner of family members have no influence on the disclosure of biological asset. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemilikan Asing, Kepemilikan Publik, Komisaris Keluarga dan Komisaris Wanita terhadap Luas Pengungkapan Aset Biologis pada Perusahaan Agrikultur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan perusahaan agrikultur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2018. Dalam penelitian ini sampel berjumlah 48 sampel yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa kepemilikan publik berpengaruh positif terhadap pengungkapan aset biologis. Kepemilikan asing dan komisaris wanita memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap pengungkapan aset biologis. Sedangkan, komisaris keluarga dan komisaris utama anggota keluarga tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap pengungkapan aset biologis. | en_US |
